Implement DMS (Daily Management System), KPI, continuous improvement culture

To improve communication and efficiency, we propose to set up a three-level Daily Management System. This system will include performance indicators, escalation processes and training for managers and all staff to promote the Lean culture. Additionally, we recommend implementing Lean tools in a pilot line to test their effectiveness.
